NY Times: Libya’s Unintended Consequences

In this July 7, 2012 OpEd, Ross Douthat outlines a Libya regime change policy, that is void of boots on the ground, but with a prolific flow of weapons from the conflict into the “wrong” hands.  Many of these weapons served to create an arsenal in neighboring Mali, where political instability has provided a possible regional base for al Qaeda; and potenially an incubator for the attack at Benghazi.
